Beautiful! Well done :)

Ty. There is carrots, raddishes, apples, mango, blueberries, pistachios, walnuts, jalapenos, sweet pepper, kale, broccoli, etc...

She won't eat it [emoji21] after all my hard work

Looks yummy!!! I'll eat it!!! Can take repeated offering to get em to eat. It like mine they like it all separate please lol or maybe I'm to lazy yo do all that chop lol I give mine three choices a meal

Try throwing some inducement in there. Seeds or coconut oil often works to just get the beak down in the bowl

Gimme!! gimme!! (and maybe I will share woth hte birds...only maybe )

(it is hard to type straight when one is drooling on the keyboard ;) )

I always feel that a good chop will make a great veggie soup stock. Salty likes his extra hot and spicey with almost a pound of habeneros and ghost peppers ,, so we have to tone it down when we use it. Once we figured out what and how he likes it, I make a 3 month supply, and change it up every 2-3 days with something else. Keep presenting it and if still is not acceptable, try putting it thru a food processer, and change the texture. Chunky style here means the favs get picked out and the rest not eaten or thrown away.

Looks great, I'll be right over to taste test! Toss in a few whole grain spiral noodles for some fun!

I just noticed that Gamora is a little spoiled.... she won't eat the chop that well, unless it's warm. LOL

I have also noticed that the chop looks really nasty and yucky after being frozen and thawed, is there anything I can do differently for it to stay looking better?

Not that I know of - that's why I make it fresh.
I do not enjoy eating yesterdays salad, so why would I think my bird would like it? ;)
(not meant to be condecending or anything like it - but I understand they may be picky about it)

I put some Avicake in with the chop to dry it out a bit. Not much, like 1/2 a cube. Salty will bury his fce into his food cup then. And Avicake has vitamins in it so he is getting those too.

Oh, I so understand, sometimes the minutes just run off without you!
You are trying your best, but well birds will be birds...
(I do love yesterdays pastasauce and soups -> they always taste better the second day)
Maybe they will learn to love it?

Wrench: that is clever!!

Im now scouring this for recipes!! I always go by the adage that if it looks appealing to us, itll appeal to them. And if worse comes to worse, grab a.spoon and let them think theyre stealing it from you!
