Clay ideas

[Kalidasa]

A client of mine (art teacher) recently bought me a huge box of clay, as I told her I used to like to do sculpture years ago. She has a kiln and offered to fire anything I make. I want to make something bird-related, but can't think of what I should make. I thought a stand, but it's a little out of my league...I'd have to make perfectly fitting parts. I don't want to make anything house-like because my conure gets hormonal in dark little spaces. Any ideas of what I could do with this? So far, All's I've been using it for is a clay mask on my face once a week lol! (Works great btw)
