Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(
And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Since I have never been owned by a cockatiel before, I don't have a clue on how they normally are.
I feel privileged and honored to be liked by this little grey ball of fluff
It seems like he "calls" for me when we are separated. This morning I let both he and Amy out and came in here to play on the computer,only to see BB RUNNING across the floor to get to me.
He climbed my sweat pants leg,up my shirt,to pull on my beard and rub his beaky on my check
and twittle in my ear.
After a bit,we went into the living room,where I put him on his roof so he could have breakfast,as I watched the news. A few minutes later I hear flapflapflap as he is on the floor,climbing the throw on the couch,to sit back on my shoulder for more beard grooming and twittles,then he started with some beaky grinding while leaning his head into my cheek.
If I put him on the floor,he will prance back and forth and look up at me and whistle. Calling for me to pick him up?? And then he'll lower his head for skritches
Gently nibbles at my neck and yoinks on my hair.
