Today, I got another cockatiel, and Smokey seems to be annoyed with me! He keeps biting, and even drew blood, when he usually NEVER bites, only beaks. I thought he was jealous of the second bird, but he was also trying to attack the other bird's foot :/
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Give them a little time? Both birds are probably nervous and uncomfortable, the new bird because he or she is in a brand new environment and situation and Smokey because there is an intruder in his personal space. Initial reactions depend on the individual birds but first meetings can be tricky. I would cover the tops of all cages to protect tiny toes, even a cockatiel can damage a foot or toe very quickly. I would be patient and closely supervise their time out together until they are more comfortable with each other.

Like Allee said you should give them some time but you should be prepared to separate them if things go wrong as they could seriously hurt each other should they be left to their own devices :( . If they do start to fight but you still wan't them to be in the same cage later on you can try by getting one of the birds and putting it in another cage next to the other (you can buy a small parakeet cage if you wan't just don't leave the bird in for too long) cage so that they can socialize but can't hurt each other. Anyway i hope this helps, good luck. :D
