Cockatiel not eating, just sleeping

We have two new member today, one is active and another one is looking very weak, not eating well, just sleeping and sleeping. What should I do?

He does not look well. Either return him to the breeder/store or take him to an Avian Vet.
Parrots need to eat regularly - not eating is a bad outward sign of illness.

I agree with wrench13 above. That sounds like and looks like a very sick cockatiel. Unfortunately I had one die last year.
