Colonel's parrot food vs animal zone parrot food

I have always used animal zone food over the years for the birds I use to have it was healthy for the birds and they loved it. But recently my breeder has told me about colonel's parrot food I'm unsure if this is a less healthy food for my bird or not? As my family has always stuck with using animal zone I have looked on websites and only really found pictures and a price the info giving about the product is very limited in my opinion. So I'd like to know if anyone one the forums uses colonel's and is it a good brand of food to buy for my bird or should I stick with using animal zone? Any input would be a great help thanks.

I'd like my bird to be in shape not an over weight lazy blob lol but now that you mentioned pizza I think I'm going to make one

I like to use animal zone food for my parrot. I gives some chicken also thrice in a week. Otherwise i bought from authentic bird's food shop and after that i am giving to my parrot.
