Considering a Hahns Macaw as a pet

Hi, new to site. Really joined to search threads for info on Hahns Macaws as pets before buying one. I have so many questions I think it best to search out as many threads as I can before forming a list of questions so as not to ask repetitive ones. I will ask this, as this will be a major factor in my quest for the right bird for me. knowing that every bird has its own personality, I want to know what people say about them and other house pets. I have a miniature schnauzer 7 years old and quite my shadow. I had thought I wanted a caique until I saw a video of one tormenting a poor dog to death lol, I further found out that that was quite common. I just wouldn't want to deal with that type of home life every day. thanks for any insight ...

I'm not familiar with Hahns at all, sorry about that. Yes, Caiques "can" be little speed demons, and they surely don't realize what size they are. :54:
