I don't know whether ask this as a question or just point out something weird? maybe not so weird....
My bird sees me brush my hair with my brush in the bathroom and doesn't mind, then the other day I took it down and put it on his back.
It's one of those brushes with wide bristles and little plastic knobs or balls on the end of each bristle.
He wasn't afraid of it because anything I use is obviously his...he turned his head and bit a a few of the bristles then the more I Brushed his feathers/skin he turned his head back around and kind of went into la-la-land like when you hit just the right spot scratching their head.
It wasn't sexual, when i pet to much he does a flippy-flappy thing with his wings, like when you rub a dogs tummy, he just sat there and I dunno enjoyed every second of it.
SO I guess I will ask do you every pet yor bird with a hair brush? reaction?
