Conure babies question

Hi.
My breeding pair of pineapple conures currently have 4 babies, they are 3-4 weeks old. They are doing really well raising them and let me handle the babies.
My question is. Can I hand tame them? I have no experience with baby birds so unsure what the best way to go about it is.

Handle them regularly and feed their parents with them around watching, they’ll learn pretty quickly!
