Conure diet

I am almost out of the food from where I got my Conure. What should I by? I remember him saying Conure food without Sunflower seeds. Do you all agree?

Also I can't find a vet. Would like one for a check up but also seems better to have someone else to trims.

Is the conure food a seed mix? Seed mixes are a bad diet for any parrot. Many people feed their parrots pelleted diets that contain everything they need for optimal health. Personally, I feed my birds home made cooked food ("chop") that contains human grade ingredients. Grains, nuts, whole grain pasta, brown rice and lots of finely chopped broccoli, red and green bell pepper, green peas, corn kernels, and whatever other fresh vegetables I have on hand. I cook a batch once a month and divide it into ziplock freezer bags. One thawed baggie lasts about 4 days.

She loves grapes, tangerines and watermelon. Wouldn't touch broccoli, peppers, cucumber, apple. I am worried, yes.
