Can a Male Dusky Conure and a Female RingNeck mate and have babies?

Er, no. Sometimes species within a particular Genus can produce hybrids, but mixed Genus' (Genii?) can't produce viable offspring. Doesn't mean the two birds can't bond, but nothing fertile will come of it.
