Conures and Asparagus?

Hello, all!

Was hoping someone had some updated information on whether conures can eat asparagus or not.

VCA and random sites say "fine but may upset stomach" and then a bunch of other sites say "toxic."

I have some fresh Asparagus I'm processing for doge food and would like to offer him some if he would be allowed to have it! =)

But I really don't want to poison him =(

I've fed it occasionally. No issues. But I wasn't aware that it could be an issue

Asparagus can be good for birds in moderation, but too much of it can be dangerous and unhealthy for the bird, so I recommend you only feed it on occasion.
