The sad reality is that with a tiny shift in the chemistry, A non-stick surface can be said to bePFTE-free and PFOA-free, but be just as deadly.

The only surface that I trust is Ceramic Coated. But if Ceramic is placed on a thin sub-structure life will be an issue as Ceramic (glass) is fragile and will crack if the dropped.

90% of the sticking is caused by to hot a cooking surface and a lack of a cooking oil. Try reducing you heat level.

Ok thank I will switch that right away for some ss pots and pans thank you very much!
