I don't actually own the parent of the little guy. I do however hand rear all the chicks for the owners. I have a few breeders i help out. Usually the reason is the eggs are either laid on the ground or the mum will mutilate the chicks when they hatch.

Yes is does give me a great lot of joy to raise one of these guys from hatch but it is also a lot of very hard work.
