Welcome to the forum!

I'm no expert in this whatsoever, but I believe that any bird who wants to dance will show motions of wanting to dance naturally.

I know some breeds are more prone than others to want to dance like the cockatoo, but my sunny will "dance" by flipping her wings, going from side to side and bopping her head.

She was a baby from an aviary and the man used to play the radio for them all. When she came hear I bore this in mind and made sure (and still do) that I played music often to her. I believe this is why she loves music and why she chooses to dance. We can encourage her to start dancing by bobbing and she responds!

There may be many a way to "teach" dancing, as I say, I'm no expert, but if your bird has no interest in being shown how to dance, you may have to accept it's just not his thing!

I also play music alot for my FIDS and Echo my TAG will dance with me. I don't see him dancing unless I am so in his case I think he is just mimicking me dancing.
