Deleting Pictures

I can't seem to figure out how to delete pictures to add better ones.....HELP!! lol

I am bumping this thread because I need help deleting old pics so I can post more. Not from my album but from old threads. Advice?

Go into your user cp, scroll down to where it says Attachements and they will all come up, then just click in the little boxes which ones you would like to remove and then press delete!
