Dear friends, .. please advice - the parrots speaking generally , are they transmitters of fungal infections and is it necessary to use a special disinfectant for the cages? I ask informatively, when the parrot does not have any external signs and is in a fit form.

Unless your region is commonly seen as fungal problematic, cleaning targeting fungal issues is not your primary consideration.

We use Hot Water and Dawn Dish Washing Soap (Original Formation), good old fashion scrubbing and cold fresh water rise. Dry when every possible in bright Sunlight. Yes their are other Bird Safe Products, assure that you follow directions.

Keep your Parrot area clean is safe for everyone!!

No. A well parrot doesn’t generally carry fungus, although sick parrots CAN carry fungus or other diseases. Disinfect with mild bleach water or other commercial disinfectant. If it kills people germs it will work on bird germs.
