I'm currently making a new diet for my eclectus and macaw and this is what I usually feed them along with some pellets and sometimes seeds. Is this good enough, or is there things I can add or remove?

Ziggy, Kai, and Seiji (blue, yellowface, and dilute budgies)
Jasper (yellow-naped amazon)
Lilla (senegal parrot)
Snowberry (yellow-crowned amazon)
Cricket (pacific parrotlet)
That's very good, but if you have anything else to add at any point (of course that's safe), I would recommend it, because the more variety the better!
Ekkies do need specialized diets though, and here's a link:

Yes thank you, I always like to give my birds new things and I just wanted to make sure that everything I'm currently feeding them is good.
