Is a cockatiel just a small cockatoo? Personality-wise? Do they Demand attention like a cockatoo? Do they have kinda the same emotional type stuff? Like do they get offended easy? I would prefer to have a bird that demanded my attention right then and there! Lol thanks in advance

cockatiels are related to cockatoos, but arent prone to some of the behavior issues cockatoos are. they arent as loud or demanding. cockatiels still need lots of attention, but they arent as demanding as a cockatoo. all birds can be offended, just never hit them tease them, or loose your temper around them. i hope this helped and good luck with your new cockatiel
I've learned not to lose my temper with my budgie! lol whenever i got frustrated i guess she sensed it and she bit me everytime lol not that it hurt but i can take a hint
