I've seen these for sale on etsy and eBay. Anyone bought them for their birds...would you recommend them...can they just be cleaned with hot water and apple cider vinegar mix..??

Yes, good basic natural branches!

BUT, you need to treat them as if they had not been selected by a professional, but my a friend. Which means; bark removal, deep cleaning with a dishwashing soap equal to Dawn Original dishwashing soap and hot water. Then several rises with cold, fresh water, which closes the the pores of the wood. Drying can be done in an oven, but I prefer on a clean dry surface in the mid-day rays of the Sun!

FYI: I work with easy in mm and meters. So, I would be looking for something near 13 to 25 mm and up.
