Do you guys know anything about "Parrot Play World"?

So I am looking for a nice hanging play gym for my catalina macaw and I stumbled across this website: Parrot Gyms Hanging Gyms Play Gym Swings Toys Parrots Cage Toy Tree

I was hoping someone here would be able to tell me if this is a reputable seller with good products. I would be specifically looking at this item: Parrot Play World Ex- Large Parrot Gyms Swing Gym Macaw Cockatoo

I think I've seen one or two people buy those gyms, but that's about as much as I know.

I've had one of those things for over 12 years. My Red Front has lived on the thing since she practically the day she came home...

So, the product is nice. They've improved it since I got mine. Mine was one of the early prototypes I think.

IT SEEMS LIKE IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO GET IT TO YOU... Seems like I waited months for mine. But it was worth it. My bird likes it, it's held up well, and it's easy to clean.

I think there are one or two other people on this site that have one.

If you have not ordered from Parrot Play World yet, do not bother! I ordered a tree in November 2013 and still have not received it. The owner, Dee, has made ridiculous excuses such as the tree was sent to the dead letter office because the shipping label got wet, and the dead letter office is giving her the run around and holding the tree. After I asked for a refund in May, I was told a new tree was being made and would be mailed out yesterday and I would get confirmation and tracking numbers from the Post Office. Of course I received neither. I am going o dispute the matter with PayPal.
