Does a greenwing's lower beak become darker with age?

Quick question: I always assumed they do, but noticed that a person posted a pic with a greenwing who was the same age as Precious, but the lower beak was black instead of white. So just wondering what to expect with Precious.

Only young GWM's have white lower beak. Adults have black
