This one is from the same store, not in the best condition.. i thought maybe they could be from the same breed and it could be a young bird

I think it's a young albino lovebird..​

I am not sure. But the eye ring appears to be there but is not very prominent. The beak color is not red. So could be an albino peachfaced lovebird or an albino fisher's lovebird(does albinism affect beak color?) Could be a parrotlet but beak appears a bit thick.

Yeah it’s definitely an albino lovebird as opposed to a parrotlet.
