what's with the ban? I haven't been a member here long, but I've heard of some members getting banned? I've always enjoyed reading about their fids and especially their answers to the many questions that have come up on this forum that I got to learn from. They all seemed very knowledgable and I'm sad to not see them here anymore.

I know of a couple of folks who got banned, who are you looking for ? Lot's of people just "fall by the wayside". You've got to be dedicated to put yourself "out there' everyday on such a public forum. (A thick skin doesn't hurt either)

When I joined, a couple of years back, I thought there was something in the rules section about banning, but just looking for the rules section, to make sure I don't raise the ire of anyone carrying one of those big wrenches.....I've got pretty thick skin, but my head's on the tender side, anyway, I only came up with a couple of posts/threads:

I have JTBirds and MaraWentz as friends but I show them as Banned. I am not sure what happened there.

When a member was banned, there was a VALID reason, and the decision is never open to public discussion.
