Does his right wing look weird. He keeps holding it up above the left one.

My bird had that too but not as obvious. It was due to an injury while he was playing hide and seek inside a paper bag and accidentally fell from the kitchen island onto the floor. He must have flapped his wing inside the bag while falling thus hurting the wing. It has become permanent. Hope your case is only temporary. Maybe take him to your vet to check it out if no progress.
