At what age did your Pionus parrots achieve their final coloration?

After their 1st molt (before 1 year of age)?
Around their 2nd molt (2 years or so)?
Well into sexual maturity (3 years or older)?

Thank you guys!

Ive got a P.senilis and I feel she hasnt reached full coloration yet, she's near 2

There's a new member e6012who wants to know when (how old) a pinonis achieves its full adult coloration. They have a white crowned and posted a couple days ago asking and I told them you had one and would likely know.

Heya there! Most pionus reach their adult colorations around the 1-year mark. I think Blueheads take a little bit longer, some taking almost 2 years. Voritex reached hers at almost exactly 1 year. It's cool watching their colors come in! She was so green as a baby, and now she's got greens and blues and that wonder white cap and bib :D.
