Dont know if I should worry

2 budgies. 1 boy(9 months) 1 girl(1 year)
I have had my budgies for a month or two. I tried bringing them to the "aviary" vet near but I soon realized that in my area they only knew about chicken... I dont know if I should worry about the color of her cere

Oooh I don't know much about budgies or at least not a lot.
So apologies if my info is inaccurate but I believe that the cere color is normal I think.
The Ceres of some females are usually showing a "crusty brownish or tannish" type of color. I usually see that with females.
So if any budgie expert on here could check this out that would be great! :)

OMG I'm sorry, it's so hard to type my name since it's in a different font! I only just saw this now! That seems like a normal color, however, her cere is sticking out a little more than normal (I think, it's not an amazing angle), meaning she could have a hormonal imbalance.
