Dual food/water dishes in SS - where???

When I was in Hong Kong's bird market, some vendor had a food and water bowl set up, that would clamp to a pole or a boing. It would have been ideal for Salty's daytime boing, cuz he has to go all the way back into his cage to get water. This vendor would not sell me the set up because it was part of an all stainless play stand. This HAS to be available somewhere, but where??

Has anyone seen this in their travels?

I do not report to have seen everything on the market! But, I have never seen something like that! At least for larger Parrots. Some plastic stuff, for smaller birds, but not mid-sized Parrots and up!

Believe me, 'Boats, I wouldn't ask if I hadn't tried every kind of search I can think of. I offered this guy in HK more then $75 for this, but he would not take it because it was part of a play stand - but they were not attached, except by this clamp deal. If I was a better welder, I'd just make one.
