Decided to try this today for my picky eater; aka Porter my Broto.
Half a cup of rice, an egg; green pepper; Brocolli... and a hint of natural sea salt.
Mince the pepper and Brocolli with a blender after cooking until soft.
Mix this mixture in with the egg and then cook all of it in a pan with the cooked white rice.
A little of this in his 'fresh food bowl' and he went nuts.
I use a higher consistancy of veggies and tend to only use the egg white.
But it gets my picky eater to eat veggies since he doesn't like breads.
