Eating Problems

I have an african grey that i hand fed it when it was a baby. But now I feed it pellets from the company called Harrison but it's not really eating. Is there a reason why? Should I feed it it seeds? Is there any specific kind I should get? Any suggestions on what to feed it and to discipline its eating habits.

Now I am confused. You put this same message in previously about a rose breasted too. Do you have the same issue with a grey and too also??
