Hi every one , long time owner birds and still have some problems with eclectus birds one of them suddenly overweight and s ok quiet, so need exactly what diet is best I read online many websites but something confused.
Yes it is vegetables diet but what more they need protein and more I am really doesn't have new good and many options ..

How to control Eclectus weight they are always need food what samples of food exactly can lower the weight usually they eat mix vegetables more than fruits mix with brown rice cooked , and vetafarm paradise pellets mix with flaxseed and pumpkin

I don’t know much about Ekkies but I do know that Vetafarm pellets are not suitable for them as most are colored and all contain artificial vitamins and preservatives.
Weight loss should be at a gradual healthy weight.
What species of Eclectus do you have and what are their weights?

I have grand eclectus and redsided Eclectus pairs
I feed them vetafarm paradise uncoloured pellets , the grand male looking unwell I can't Weight him but looking overweight
