Ekko talking to himself

This morning Ekko was sitting on his cage, and started a conversation with himself.
This is what he said

"Hey Ekko, step up!
Ekko step up!
No.
Ekko step up!
No.
Ekko, step up!
Okay.
Ekko is a good bird."

Too funny, looks like I am not the only one who carries on conversations with myself (though I usually don't argue with myself

He is quite camera shy, so far I haven't gotten him saying anything He will clam up in mid word as soon as he sees it.
He will be 2 in May.

I was having a quiet little chuckle to myself at this one.

I have visions of Ekko moving his head so that it looks like he really is arguing with himself. You know like they would on telly....using different sounding voices too....anyways .....:roll eyes

That would have been great. He did have like a long suffering tone to his voice when he was saying step up. today he has moved on to:
"How are you? Pretty."

I don't have an iPhone, but now I know i need to get one...what a great idea! And that is so true, I come down and can hear them all talking away, then they stop when I enter the room...maybe they were talking about me?
