English Budgies

So I currently have two parakeets but my boyfriend and I have fallen in love with english budgies. For the past few months we have been trying to find a breeder in CT or RI. We found one, LC Aviaries, but getting them to respond has been sort of a chore.

In short, does anyone know of a breeder or even hobby breeder in CT or maybe even RI or NY who have english budgies? Or should I give up and get a cockatiel instead (tempting, as I had one when I was younger)?

I know a great one who is located in PA near harrisburg,don't know if you would be willing to travel that far.

Yeah unfortunately PA is at least 5 hours away from me. I'd probably go up to 3 hours. A great bird store I frequent in NY has some, but I'd prefer a breeder. Not overpriced...and less sketchy in my opinion. Meh.
