Exciting news! Skittles is no longer a sun conure!

Haha, thought people could use a laugh. So I wanted to share with you all, that Skittles has decided to get his whole Prince/SnoopDogg down and that he is now the neotropical pigeon formally known as a sun conure.

Soon, he will brace the covers of famous magazines- once he completes his molt!

I'm gonna have to send out some feelers. Skittles is demanding a cover shot AND a centerfold and he isn't listening to reason. He refuses to share the spotlight. But that's not any different than usual. haha

So, Skittles (aka the neotropical pigeon formerly known as a sun conure) was getting set for his debut this fall. A new molt of feathers just in time for fall foliage- however, his run-in with a plate of lasagna last night has caused a delay in his debut.
