This morning I noticed Loco's eye was a little watery. I also noticed a feather that looked like it was irritating it.. he let me smooth it down but it soon popped back up. I'm posting pics, one to show you all his eye and the feather I'm referring to.. the other is just too cute not to post...Loco has found his tongue and LOVES IT! LOL..

Do you all think I should take Loco to the vet to make sure it's not an infection?

It looks like it may be the feather causing the irritation. His eye looks clear to me. I would watch it closely, if his eye isn't watering a lot and he isn't scratching at his eye, I wouldn't worry too much.

He's such a cutie, very cute photos.

He seems fine tonight and it's not watering at all... I will keep an eye on it! Thank you for your response! & Loco says Thank you for the compliment! ;)

I second Allee's post, but it doesn't look like infection. I have to say again how perfect and beautiful Loco's feathers are!

Haha! He takes perfect care of his feathers ...daily water bowl baths! Thank you for your quick responses :)
