Well, was back in the hospital for 5 days (nothing serious, no worries) & Mr. Precious missed his daily showers & love. I spent 3 hours with him when I got home. As usual, he's following me around the house. I had to limit where he goes because he's still attacking unprovoked. When I left the room for 20 min & closed the door behind me he started crying & sobbing like a real baby. It was so sad & pathetic sounding it broke my heart. Feels good to be loved and missed so much! A human would never miss anyone that much.

Hey Tammy, i have several zons who grew up when my kids were babies and they'll cry like a baby even now.I think they figured out that crying babies get attention. I have a hen Panama that starts crying if i'm talking to one of the other birds and she wants me to come play with her. It's one of those things, like laughing, it triggers some thing emotional that the birds pick up on.

When I returned from a recent 3 day hospital stay, my birds clung to me like velcro. They made these peeping noises that really touched my heart. Isn't it great to know we're so loved?

I'd rather share my bed with a dog & my bedroom with an Amazon than a man any day of the week. They both love me no matter what & want me more than a human has ever expressed. I can't wait to be old & say I've been with Mr. Precious for 30 years; kinda like an anniversary. lol

He's in love. lol What a sweetie. Hope you are feeling better soon.
