Feet

Is it normal for Zons to preen their feet. Boo seems to do it quite a bit. Being new it this, I never know what is normal.

No, i wouldn't say that's normal if he's "doing it all the time". How long you had him? Where'd he come from? Been around places other birds have been? Does he scratch at his "face"? Could be mites. Simple test is to dab his leg(where no feathers) with the sticky side of a piece of scotch tape. Use a magnifying glass to look for small "bugs".
