finding help for my aunt!

Hello all. I'm trying to find ways to help my aunt with her new sun. She was told her bird was 6 months old when she got her, but her band says she's about 14 months old.

They are having issues with her biting, stepping up, and she acts like going in her cage is a punishments and really attacks anyone who is putting her in it. If anyone has any ideas of how they can work with her on all this please let me know. Thank you very much
