And he is REALLY friendly when he is outside, he was letting my mum give him lots of scritches!

I really want a macaw now
I did see two for sale today and they were $6000 for the male, and $7000 for the female. I have saved $1000 this month so I could possibly get one. But then I want an african grey. xD

I bet your mum was SO tickled that she got to give him so many pats and scritches. I think he let her touch him because he wasn't in his "regular" "familiar" surroundings.

Wow, that is alot. I know in the US the everage cost of a blue and golden macaw is $1000 to $2000. I want a macaw but decided on a min macaw species. Right now I am waiting for a mini macaw baby.

Fargo, is great. I think it is nice he let your mom give him scratches. It sounds live he such a chill bird. Clover is a pretty calm bird for a green cheek conure.
