I don't wanna tell the truth but I am. It was preventable but I made a horrible mistake.

I forgot to check and I closed the closet door on her. The door was open less than a minute.

Please don't take this wrong. I feel horrible and like I don't deserve fids but I am glad it was quick.

I buried her under the orange tree.

Please learn from my mistake and be more viligant.

Oh wow! I am so sorry! I caught JoJo with a door once! He was trying to race out of the bedroom and the cats were out there! I swung the door, but put my hand on the jamb! He and the door met at the same time, fortunately, he wasn’t hurt! But the look he gave me, I will never forget!

Oh Grace, I just went through this a few months ago with Bowie, and I got so lucky, but I did the exact same thing that you did. He follows me everywhere, right into the bathroom, and I thought he had flown back out when I turned out the light and shut the door...he hadn't. So this is something that every single one of us has done, or has almost done or could have done...

Take all the time you need to take, but please don't think that you don't deserve to be a Parront, because your fids are extremely lucky to have you.

Sorry for your lost accidents happen, she in a good place.

My cockatiels tend to not fly back in room all the time at night, or escape cage all the time and one was in the bathroom all night as he escape cage and didn't realize it, when I was a sleep, so now double check and close bird room door before going to sleep.
