Foraging ball is great!

Bought a new foraging ball for Miss Scarlett and she absolutely loves it! We put some nuts, nutriberries and other things in it and hung in her cage. She used it immediately and I would recommend this to everyone!

Is this the one you got. It looks like you can put fruits and veggies on top? I just got it but haven't filled it yet. Can you please post a photo of it.

Hi......do I have to be a paying member to put a photo up? I'm new on this site. And to answer you Birdbrain, yes our ball looks pretty much like that. It's a little bigger I think and it's hanging. She can hold it with her foot while she works at pulling the food out. It's great!

Welcome to the forum! What kind of bird is Miss. Scarlett? Its good to know the foraging ball is a hit. Did you put any food on the skewer part?

If you want to post a photo click on "Go Advanced" then on the tool bar click on the paper clip and select your photo then hit import. I'm still trying to figure everything out. I hope this helps.

Hi.....mine doesn't have a bell on it, just a plain foraging ball that a type of twine runs through to hang it. Scarlett absolutely loves it!

Hi! Scarlett is a 13 year old female Ekkie and we adopted her from the CT Parrot Society. The woman who owned Scarlett passed away last year and the husband kept Scarlett for as long as he could but he was not really a bird person.
She's adapted nicely to our home and we love her so much! She's comical, talks alot and loves to cuddle!

Hi thanks for the link also. I have a parrot treasure chest with wooden little blocks in it that can hang in his cage so i will see how i go with that and just take the blocks out and put some treats in that the ball is great too cheers
