I didn't know it's going to be so easy.
I just used leftovers of regular Big Box store 1/2" sisal rope.
I cut it in equal length pieces (about 6ft each).
I washed it in Dr.Bronner's Magic Soap.
I was putting it together when the ropes were wet still. It was easier to tight them together.
The overall dimensions are about 2ft x 2ft with the openings about 6" x 6". What I like about these type of knots is that you could hide something in the center of the knot for foraging. I hope it will work for Marley....
I could make it bigger, I guess, but since it was not hard to make, I might make another one again....after I check how or if Marley likes this one (it's drying right now outside).
It took me no more then 1 hour.

That's really neat!! I've been thinking of attempting one! Thanks for the pics!

You did an AWESOME job on that!!! It looks GREAT, and I'm sure Marley will LOVE it! :D

I would like to try and make one too! very nice. Great job!

Do you know what that knot is called?

It looks like a square knot, to me. I'm going to give it a go! Thanks, torrap, for the neat idea!
