Found Lovebird

Dutch Blue Lovebird found in York PA. Finder has taken bird to the vet, fed it and will be taking it to the local SPCA for possible adoption. I can not foster another birdie at this time or else I would bring it in until owner is found.

There's a protocol around here somewhere for routine searches for owners of recovered birds. I wish I had it...
