1 can of pumpkin
1 sm can of crushed pineapple(in its own juice)
1 sm jar applesauce (all natural, no sugar added)
1 banana Chunked up
2/3 C raisins
2 1/2 C whole wheat flour
2 t cinnamon
2/3 C brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 cup rolled oats

mix together (maybe add more flour or oats as mine turned out quite gooey)
spread into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Cut into birdie servings place on cookie sheet and bake for an additional 12 minutes. (if yours was gooey like mine)

My Birdie LOVES THIS. She is eating it right now. She doesn't take her head out of the dish until its gone.
I make this for us too...and I actually ate a little of this before feeding it to her. For us I had added 1 C white sugar and 2 t vanilla...but apartently it doesn't need it.

Just made it and it was a hit with both my Eclectus and Grey parrots. Thanks for sharing.
