Yes! Another dang recipe! Lol
Dry ingredients:
2/3 -1 cup almond flour (Other types of flour can be used, coconut, wheat etc. Flour amount depends on how much you want to make.)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2-5 tbsp. seed mix (I use budgie seed so they're not large seeds. Amount depends on your bird.)
1 tbsp. various crushed nuts (Almonds, cashews etc.)
1-2 tsp. powdered cuttlebone (I used a hand held cheese grater.)
1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup of chop (Yes! It can still be secretly healthy somewhat.)
2-3 tbsp. pomegranate arils
1/4 cup various berries (I used blueberries and strawberries.)
1-2 eggs
You may have to add up to 1 cup of water to get it to the right consistency
Set oven to 350F
Grease pan (I used a glass casserole pan) with coconut oil
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
Enjoy!!
