Full-spectrum lighting

Does anyone use full-spectrum lighting on their birds? I've been reading about this more and more and just wanted to see if anyone here used it and noticed changes in their bird, etc. I read that it's supposed to make their colors more vibrant and help them absorb Vitamin D.

Some people swear by these, I haven't used one with my lot but have been thinking a lot about it, and decided I would get one and try it out. Will be interesting to see if anyone here uses them and what they think.

I know a lot of people say they are the way to go to keep birds healthy, so maybe an idea to leave the post here. Could raise some great points.
