GCC w/ Cage Anxiety

Our three year-old gcc has become very anxious when in her cage. She used to play with her toys and goof around but now she just anxiously paces around, shakes/ bobs up and down on her perch. The change in her behavior occurred around the time that we adopted a second green cheek, although we keep the two of them in separate cages. Guava gets about three to four hours of out of cage time during the week and plenty more on the weekends. I try my best not to react to her tantrums or reinforce her behavior. As soon as I take her out, she is perfectly fine. Here is a clip of her displaying mentioned behavior. She will keep this up for hours until she is out of the cage. She has a huge cage with lots of toys. She's on a organic pellet and fresh fruit and vegetable diet. Any insight/advice greatly appreciated.

Its an attention thing. Does she do it when she can't see you? Often they do it when they want to fly somewhere. You could try moving her cage to a different location.

It seems like she is looking at something outside the cage. Could it be some new piece of furniture or the cage with another bird that might be scaring her? Or maybe just being jealous of other bird you got and trying to win your attention? I dunno… My bird does that a lot outside his cage, but seldom in the cage, however if it lasts for hours it's kinda weird. I thought they do that when they want to fly somewhere or when they are excited. But I'm not any expert.

She's looking at me when he does it. It's def. an attention thing. I try my best not to reinforce it or give her attention for it. She follows me around everywhere when outside of her cage. But whenever she's inside when I'm home, she just does this now.
