Howdy folks my name is Cody. I am 17, from Sydney, own two alexandrine parrots, a heap of chooks even more fish (marine-corals ect, south american fresh water, african shellys ect ect), dogs, (mum has a cat... sorry I mean mum has an evil deceitful murderous creature).

I work at an aquarium store for a bit of fun (and discounts gotta love a good boss even if you speak a different language). So enough about me unless you want to know more then ask away.

I have a fairly large aviary (well for the city) it is 5.5x2.1x2.4m with an insulated section at the end and it stays nice and cool in there in the height of summer, with a double door. It houses my two alexandrines at the moment.

I joined mainly as I want to get into breeding some birds and my alex's won't be ready for a long time and that is if they are male and female???. I want to get a pair of eclectus parrots to go in with the alex's (lexy and the other one...) but am not sure if they will fight? I will post this in the relevant section as well.

oh yeah and lexy (my first alexandrine) is a rescue bird found on the street almost dead, a very lucky bird to still be around.
