Gender of Two Parakeets

Hello everyone. I have two parakeets and can someone tell me the gender of the blue and yellow birds. Thanks

The yellow budgie is most likely female (because the cere is pale: the part above the beak), and the blue is most likely male (because the cere is blue), but you can't know 100% for sure unless you get them DNA tested. Hope this helps!
