Hi
I’ve an intention of getting a baby which I have came a seller who has a few of 13 days old babies and he would like to sell away as soon as possible… as he has no time to handfeed them…
What do I need to look out for if I want to get it?
Thank you very much in advance

i personally dont recomand unweened baby birds as for the many dangers of getting one..

Thank you so much for the article
I personally thought too… this seller isn’t a breeder, just someone who has cockatiels pair which happened to breed and doesn’t want more responsibility of taking the babies…

I’m looking at another which is 6 weeks old… 😁

i wouldnt get a bird thats that small of age..

im pretty sure cockatiels wean at 8 weeks so thats 2 weeks of handfeeding

i dont recomand hand feeding because as menchined at the article i showed u..
it dosnt make them bond any better but actually damges the bond..
i would recomand a tiel that is FULLY weaned ALL BY ITSELF that means the person didnt force wean the bird
a 5 month old tiel is a very good age
